This hotel is perfect for people like me who come to this great country for holidays and shopping. it has the biggest mall next to this hotel. everything you need is next to the hotel. i love the stuffing here at this hotel they are all professionals.

Everything you would want from a luxury hotel. Rooms a little dated, but beds the best I had in a month travelling in SE Asia. Lovely pool, amazing breakfast, wonderful staff. Not a single complaint.

Nothing to be improved upon in my opinion. I don't regularly stay in five star accommodation, this hotel certainly met all my expectations.

huge room, big super single beds, powerful showers, good breakfast, super convenient access to IOI city mall, free parking with automatic entry and exit with car plate detection, spacious and well equipped 24 hour gym, complimentary in-room snacks, fun games like mini archery, carrom, chess, badminton, ping-pong at swimming pool area.

For once, I can't even think of one!

Some noise in front of the room from maintenance job at level 8 that bugging my baby to sleep but it just for a few minutes. Other than this, nothing that we didn't like.Everything are wonderful

room size was good, able to provide connecting rooms, provision of mini bar facilities on the house, additional water provided, service by staff was attentive and friendly, direct connection to IOI City Mall which was big and had a lot of good shops

room carpet looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time, sofa's cloth also looked dirty, breakfast food quality was well below standard and not up to 5 star standard, sofa cloth in the lobby also looked dirty and needed good cleaning, price per room is double that of 5 Star Hotel based in KLCC and for the location and standard of the room and food did not justify the price

Love that it was connected to the IOI mall. They gave us a free room upgrade which we appreciate!

Paid for club lounge access, but the lounge had such a poor selection of snacks. At late morning it was just cookies/canned drinks/hot coffee/tea and some sandwiches. For breakfast they only had cereal and a few cups of birscher muesli. Had better hotel lounge food at other hotels!

the selection of breakfast menu was good. Staff attending to me is empathetic, they accommodated a longer late checkup as my flight was way due in the evening.

Close to mall

Ended up we didnt stay here as the aircon was down for 2 days? For a well rated hotel, they should have rectified it fast. We arrived on the 3rd day of their aircon issue. They transfered us to sister hotel, Marriott and we had some issue there also.

Great place to stay.Need to get up with the times on alternative milks at the coffee bar, told the staff they said they’d speak to the manager plus reception nothing was done unfortunately this is a typical situation in Malaysia. Everything was great otherwise.

The room was very clean and neat. Thanks so much to the housekeeper team. The front desk was very attentive. Very near to mall. Thank you for the great hospitality.

Linen. Pillow, mattress, towels, bath robes, etc. all very soft, clean n new!

The waiting time for check in. Took us 20mins to queue n 15mins to register etc.

Access to the shopping mall and the spread of breakfast was fantastic

No bidet
